When we acquired these lots there was only a dirt road, no utilities or amenities. Now there is underground Electric, High Speed Internet, Water provided from desalinization plant and Paved Roads are almost complete.
Model Home Construction progress
From Design and increasing lot sizes to Retaining Walls being built. We then set out to achieve a compaction rate better than most in the U.S. to Finally beginning construction of our Model Home on March 18th, 2022.
